How does a project usually run?

In weekly checkpoints, not a big-bang launch. You see progress every week. Adjustments happen as we go, not at the end. Timeline depends on scope clarity, integration complexity, and how fast you can give feedback, so we agree on it together in the discovery call before any commitment. We move fast because most of our value comes from being close, not from delivering a deck.

What if I'm not sure I need AI?

Honestly? Tell us during the discovery call. We'll be upfront if AI isn't the right fit for your problem. We'd rather lose a project than sell you something that doesn't help. Sometimes the answer is 'you need a better spreadsheet, not AI', and that's fine.

Do you only work with Calgary businesses?

No. We work with businesses in Canada (any province), Brazil, and the US. Most of our team is based in Calgary, but everything we deliver is remote-first. The local Calgary focus is just where most of our current clients happen to be.

What AI technology do you use under the hood?

Depends on the project. For conversational agents, usually large language models from Anthropic and OpenAI. For automation, n8n and custom code. For document intelligence, a mix of OCR, LLMs, and structured extraction. The honest answer: we pick the right tool for each problem, not the tool we like most. We won't bore you with stack details unless you ask.

How is this different from off-the-shelf AI tools?

Off-the-shelf tools answer questions. They don't know your pricing, your scope of work, what you say yes to, or what you escalate. We build the layer underneath, an agent that talks like your business because it knows your business: services, persona, qualification rules, CRM, calendar. The infrastructure is what turns a generic chatbot into something that actually represents you. Fast, but not generic.

Who owns the code and data?

You own your data, your integrations, and the workflows we build for your business, always exportable, always portable. The intelligence layer, the part that reasons and orchestrates the agents, is a service we operate and you rent per use, not code we sell. If you ever leave, the service stops and everything that's yours stays yours: we hand over your data and walk you through migration. We'd rather earn your repeat business than trap you.

What happens after the project goes live?

AI solutions need ongoing care. They're not 'set and forget.' Your monthly fee covers infrastructure, maintenance, evolution, and direct support. Response times vary by tier: Starter is 24h on business days, Growth and Scale get 4h with weekly check-ins. See the full breakdown in the 'What's actually included' question below.

Can you integrate with my existing tools (CRM, calendar, etc.)?

Yes, almost always. We've integrated with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, custom databases, internal APIs, and others. If your tool has an API or webhook, we can probably connect to it. If we can't, we'll tell you upfront.

Yes. We follow industry-standard practices: encrypted connections, secure credentials storage, no sensitive data in logs, isolated environments per client. For projects handling personal data (LGPD or PIPEDA), we discuss compliance specifics during scoping. We don't train AI models on your data. Your data stays yours.

What if the project goes off the rails?

We work in weekly checkpoints, not big-bang launches. If something feels off after week 1, we stop and recalibrate, at no extra cost. We'd rather kill a project that isn't working than push it through and waste your money. In rare cases of fundamental misalignment, we offer a partial refund based on work completed.

How do I know if you're the right fit?

Book a 30-minute discovery call. You'll get honest input, even if the honest answer is 'AI isn't the right fit for you yet' or 'you should hire someone else.' No pressure to commit, no follow-up sales emails. If we can't help you, we'll often know who can.

What's actually included in the monthly fee?

Four things. (1) Infrastructure running 24/7. APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI fallback), hosting, security, backups. You don't create accounts or manage API keys. (2) Active maintenance. Monitoring, bug fixes, stack updates. If something breaks at 3am, we already know. (3) Ongoing evolution. Persona tuning based on real usage, qualification logic improvements, small extra automations. (4) Direct support. You talk to the person who built it. No call center, no ticket numbers. Response within 24h on business days (4h for Growth/Scale).
